The biggest waterfall in Slovenia
Slap Boka is a big waterfall near Bovec. The majestic waterfall, which is the most water-rich, mightiest and most impressive waterfall in Slovenia. The waterfall of an impressive 136m height has a consistent flow but gets very powerful after heavy rainfall or in spring when snow is melting down the mountains. It can be seen well already from the road, but there is a free parking lot nearby, from where you can get closer and admire this wonderful creation of the nature. When there isn’t too much water, you can even walk up the almost dry riverbed but only for those more skilled, because at first an easy path becomes more demanding after a while.
