Sometimes we catch getaways in between seasons. We visited Chalet Anita just as winter was slowly turning into spring—only a week earlier, Rogla was still covered in snow, while our stay brought sunny, warmer days. Despite patches of snow still around, the first weekend was surprisingly warm—perfect for short sleeves and SPF.
Chalet Anita is located in the small settlement of Spodnje Nune (Resnik), in the forests of Pohorje, roughly halfway to the Rogla ski center. It’s a semi-detached house set in a small village—surrounded by nature, yet not completely isolated, with easy access to all activities on Rogla. The location is very sunny, which makes a noticeable difference, especially in early spring.
The chalet combines traditional charm with comfort. The interior is warm and authentic, featuring wooden furniture in a typical Pohorje style, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living spaces—ideal for couples, families, or small groups.
It’s also a great base for staying active year-round—whether you’re into skiing, hiking, or cycling. The Rogla ski center offers well-maintained slopes and cross-country trails, as well as the adrenaline toboggan run Zlodejevo. From here, you can explore scenic forest trails leading to Lukov slap and the famous Lovrenška jezera, or visit the popular Pot med krošnjami Pohorje.
Accommodation details: Master bedroom with shared balcony, additional shared space with two double beds, walk-through space (attic) with one bed, bathroom (toilet, shower) , kitchen (fully equippped), , living & dining area with tv and a sofa,, storage room, garage for one car, additional parking spot for 2 cars just next to the chalet. Towels and bed linen are available for an additional fee, and pets are allowed upon prior agreement.
